When we met, I could tell that you were going to really listen to my concerns and put my mind at ease with a customized system that wasn’t too overdone. That spoke to my husband and I for safety reasons but also we trusted that you weren’t “over alarming” us for your profitability.

When I spoke with Suzanne over the phone to set our codes, she was sweet and understanding as to my schedule, stating she knew what it was like to have two small kids underfoot.
